JEB follows the provisions on journalistic activities stipulated in the Press Law, Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam and UEB. Here are UEB’s policies:

Regulations on the Organization and Operation of JEB (link)

Regulations on organizational structure and operations, publishing, editorial procedures, printing and distributions, costs, rewards and handling of violations of JEB. These regulations apply to the Editorial Board, the managing editors, reviewers, the native English speaker who signs English revision contracts with UEB, the persons who sign formatting contracts with UEB, and authors who have papers published in JEB.

Regulations on manuscripts submitted to JEB (link)

The regulations on manuscripts submitted to JEB provide guidelines on what papers of international standards should be like; a basis for the Editor-in-chief to evaluate, approve, and publish papers that meet the standards. These regulations apply to the Editorial Board, the managing editors, reviewers, the native English speaker who signs English revision contracts with JEB, the persons who sign design contracts with JEB, and authors who have papers published in JEB.

These regulations stipulate how papers are reviewed and published by JEB, accordingly, papers have to introduce research results that are new, general or in-depth, scientifically and practically valuable in economics and business. These regulations apply to the Editorial Board, the managing editors, reviewers, the native English speaker who signs English revision contracts with UEB, the persons who sign design contracts with UEB, and authors who have papers published in JEB.

Regulations on avoiding and handling plagiarism of JEB (link)

The regulations stipulate how plagiarism is controlled, handled by JEB. These regulations apply to authors who have articles submitted to the journal and stakeholders.
