JEB operates in accordance with the laws governing journalistic activities (Press Law, Intellectual Property Law) and the regulations of the UEBU. Here are the specific regulations:

Regulations on the Organization and Operation of JEB (link)

Regulations on organizational structure and operations, publishing, editorial procedures, printing and distributions, costs, rewards and handling of violations of JEB. These regulations are applied to the Editorial Board, the Managing Editor, reviewers, the native English speaker who signs English revision contracts with JEB, the persons who sign design contracts with JEB, and authors who have papers published in JEB.

The Regulations on Manuscripts Submitted to JEB provide guidelines on what papers of international standards should be like; a basis for the Editor-in-chief to evaluate, approve and publish papers that meet international standards. These regulations are applied to the Editorial Board, the Managing Editor, reviewers, the native English speaker who signs English revision contracts with JEB, the persons who sign design contracts with JEB, and authors who have papers published in JEB.

The regulations stipulate how papers are reviewed and published by JEB, accordingly papers have to introduce research results which are new, general or in-depth, scientifically and practically valuable in economics and business.
